• Bayou DeSiard (Private) - 3501 Forsythe Ave, Monroe, LA 71201, (318)322-2127. This course was designed alongside the Bayou Desiard, which comes into play on three holes. The small greens are well bunkered, and even though the fairways are lined with trees, they still afford generous landing areas. Water hazards come into play on ten of the eighteen holes.
• Calvert Crossing (Public) - 515 Hodge Watson Rd, Monroe, LA 71201, (318)397-9191. Calvert Crossing is a championship, 18-hole layout and part of the Audubon Golf Trail. Situated on approximately 400 acres in west Ouachita Parish, Calvert Crossing is noted for having narrow tree-lined fairways and fast, undulating greens. Water comes into play on 10 holes. This course offers five sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels. It is part of the Audubon Trail Louisiana Golf Courses.
• Chennault Park (Public) - 8475 Millhaven Rd, Monroe, LA 71203, (318)329-2454. This course plays very long and is extremely difficult to score well on. The back nine is more challenging than the front nine because the fairways are narrower. Additionally, the greens are smaller on the back nine and there are more water hazards that come into play.
• Frenchman’s Bend (Public) - 1484 Frenchman's Bend Rd, Monroe, LA 71203, (318)387-2363. This course has sand bunkers protecting all but two holes, and water comes into play on five others. The wind can also provide a challenge on certain days. There are cart paths running throughout the course.
• Selman Field Municipal (Public) - 1051 Kansas Ln, Monroe, LA 71203, (318) 329-3243. The 9-hole "Selman Field" course at the Selman Field Golf Club facility in Monroe, Louisiana features all the hallmarks of Louisiana golf.
